1. What is a ReadyDVD Kiosk?
The Kiosk is set up online which allows “you” the customer to see what is in our machine at all times. There’s no more taking a chance to find that the movie you wanted at BlockBuster or any other brick and mortar building is available. Just check our website at our convenient locations and get your video. We also work with our host stores to provide you store specials that you can view before you head out for your movie. Our stores are not only here for the movie, but their also here to provide you with their products as well! Stop in and get your beverages, order a pizza, or get anything that our DVD Kiosk is tied to. Soon you’ll see advertising on this website to give you ideas on what you want to add to your video for the night. We are highly motivated to provide you the most innovative way of getting your movie for the evening. We also provide you a way to let us know what you’d like us to put in our machines. Our intention is to satisfy you with our videos and our partner stores! We’re always open for suggestions so get in touch with us!

2. How do you use the machine?
It’s simple! All you need is a debit or credit card. Our machines use Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All you need to do is let the machine know which video you’re interested in. Simply click on Rent/Buy and give the machine the three digit number that you’d like to view. The machine will ask you for a credit card shortly after you click the three digit number. Simply slide the card you’d like to use. The machine will process your request and give you the vide. ***You have 10 minutes to view the box and read it*** If you don’t want to see it, simply put the video back in the slot and click “Return”. The machine will then take the video back and you can start all over. There’s no other machine that will allow you to view the box like ours! Most machines will have a jewel case that doesn’t allow you to read everything about the movie.
If you like the movie, just keep it for how many days you want. It’s only 0.99 for every additional day you keep the video. It’s that easy!

3. Can I take two videos or more on the same transaction?
No, the reason we want you to swipe your card each time you take a movie is because sometimes you don’t watch all of your videos right away. With each swipe of the credit card, you’ll be able to customize your own timeframe of bringing back each individual video.

4.
What kind of movies are in the Kiosk?
Each Kiosk will have nothing but the latest new releases. Whatever does well at the box office, will be present in our machines. Each week, new movies will be added and we’ll make them available to you on Tuesday! Just watch our website and you’ll be able to see what’s coming.
Sometimes we’ll run some of the favorites from machine to machine. We’ll also take your suggestions on what you’d like to see.

Who do I contact if I have problems with anything?
Simply call or e-mail us. 406-670-1238 or e-mail

5. Do you ever have any movie specials?
Yes!, From time to time, we’ll offer some great coupons but they’ll be distributed at the host store or online through our newsletter. Get in touch with us if you are interested in keeping up on what’s coming out and we’ll let you know on a monthly basis.

6. Why was ReadyDVD started in Billings?
We are a locally owned and operated business. We thought that kiosk machines would be a great addition to our community because you don’t need a membership. Our prices are more than reasonable and everything is simple and convenient! Many times, video stores are crowded and you have to wait in line for renting your videos. Our machine can handle 110 people at once. If you see something you like, simply swipe your card while someone else is looking at a video box. Our machines knows who is renting what. Pretty neat huh?
Technology is here and we want to provide you with it. We are also moving a machine to Van’s IGA in Great Falls soon!

7. What does the machine do to secure the movie so someone doesn’t steal it?
The machine will keep track of how long you keep the movie out. If you go past the 7 days then the machine will charge you full price for the video of $30.00. After 7 days, you won’ t need to worry about bringing the video back, ‘you’ll own it”.

8. Can anyone advertise on these machines?
Yes, as long as the business that wants to advertise doesn’t compete with the host store.
9. Can you purchase video rental cards?
No, it would be impossible to know how long a person would rent videos.

10. Do I have to be 18 years old to rent? Yes, in order to get a credit card, you need to be 18 years old. The only way around this is if your parents give you permission to have a credit card. Anyone that owns a credit card or debit card can rent movies.

11. Does the machine keep track of my credit card number?
No, the machine only transfers the information through an encrypted line to the merchant account. The machine only keeps track of what you are renting and for how long. It will even keep track of how much you were charged. You can call anytime if you have questions 406-670-1238

12. Can I return my ReadyDVD movies to other ReadyDVD machines?
No, they must come back to the host store

13. How Many Videos can I take out of the Machine? (What is the weird charge on my credit card?)
3 videos per credit or debit card. Remember, the machine always does a pre-authorization for each movie you rent. Pre-auths are done to cover movies that aren’t returned. If you bring the movie back, it will return the pre authorization charge. It’s very simple! Call me if you have any questions. 406-670-1238 Unfortunately, some people try to steal videos so the pre-authorization covers the video if it doesn’t come back. The great thing is that you don’t have someone such as Movie Gallery, Blockbuster Video or Hollywood Video holding your credit card number in some database. Our Kiosk machine works strictly with the merchant account and gets things taken care of. There are no employees that have access to your credit cards. Nice huh!
